Danaher Corporation Production Engineer in Stargard, Poland

Due to continuous growth of our organisation, we plan to hire Production Engineer (f/m/d) in our Polish Radiometer production facility in Stargard.

In this role, you will drive improvement to product cost, quality, and performance by taking ownership for settling efficient manufacturing methods and processes for producing company products. Partnering with other departments, you will be involved in analysing engineering design documents to establish manufacturing methods and processes to manufacture a component, crafting conceptual sketches and initiating the design and building of required tooling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuous supervision/monitoring of production processes associated with technical/technological matter.

  • Continuous improvement of production process including production/technological documentation, risk analysis crafting/updating.

  • Participation in transfers, implementation of production processes including production infrastructure, technology, documentation.

  • Preparation of process documentation needed for daily work of production lines.

  • Cooperation with suppliers of machines/equipment and materials/components.

  • Active and efficient cooperation with all departments in organisation


  • Higher education, preferred majors: production engineering, production quality management or related fields

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

  • Experience in work with Quality Management System

  • Basic knowledge and experience of Project Management

  • The ability to set priorities, prioritise your own work and to connect with team

  • Developed analytical as well as proactive and coordinating skills

  • Good practice of MS Office package – especially Excel and Power Point

  • Good Polish and English communication level, both written and oral is necessary

  • Driving license - category B is vital

  • Readiness for business trips 10 % per year
