The Senior Project Manager for Radiometer is responsible for system ownership and development of various Operations IT systems as well as project management of small and large Operations IT projects from start to end. The role will also take lead on various program initiatives to strengthen the Operations IT muscle in Radiometer globally, fx Data2Quality.
This position is part of the global PMO, Strategic Projects & Global OPS IT Team located in Radiometer Solutions Operations in Stargard and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the OPS-IT Program Ownership and Development team and report to the Senior Manager OPS-IT Program Ownership and Development responsible for building a global Operations IT muscle, utilize big data to improve quality, secure proper roll-out and funnel of various global IT solutions, secure best practice sharing and collaboration between all of Radiometer’s production sites. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Join a newly established department and be part of setting the direction for the future.
Take lead on building a global roadmap for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) rollout and execute on this roadmap by taking on the global system owner responsibility.
Contribute to building the global Data2Quality program and make sure we create quick wins on utilizing data to improve our internal and external quality.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
Minimum 5 years of experience from working with IT or manufacturing (software, automotive, medical industries, or similar will be an advantage).
Languages: English – minimum advanced (C1) (The position has global impact; the hiring manager is Danish and located in Denmark).
Project management experience with implementing IT systems.
Proven and successful experience with stakeholder management and change management.
Experience in working virtually, digitally with Teams, SharePoint and in virtual project management tools e.g., Miro.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
System Owner experience.
Agile project management, Scrum, DevOps.
