The Shipping Assistant for Radiometer is responsible for worldwide order management and distribution, as well as involvement in KPIs, quality metrics, and internal projects. The position is vacant, as one of FTE left the company. The team works with a standard work, closely focused on setup, with clear roles and responsibilities. We are very collaborative, focused on proactivity and customers. It is important that resources are available to cover the whole scope of shipping team operation and GSC development projects. Currently, we are trying to strengthen our cold chain processes, so we are seeking a person who will contribute to the development of cold chain, including modelling passive packing methods and dedicated software development.

This position is part of the shipping departament located in Radiometer Stargard and will be in hybrid mode. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the shipping team and report to the Shipping Blue Line Team Leader who is responsible for realization of the procedures, supervision over the current functioning of business processes in the Shipping Department, ensuring and enforcing high quality of transport processes in accordance with the Quality Management System and supporting Blue Line team every day. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Developing business relations with customers and vendors

  • Participating in cross departmental meetings, calls, workshops, including business travels,

  • Position gives an opportunity to work with global logistics processes in medical industry, where business meets strong quality and regulations.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • English language skills in writing and speaking/ min B2 level,

  • A flair for customer service,

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills,

  • University degree in the field of logistics and/or transport / engineering would be an advantage

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Detail oriented projects

  • A high drive and ability to take initiative
