The R&D Engineer, Mechanics for Radiometer is responsible for supporting ongoing tasks and projects, as well as preparing and developing test methods. This position is part of the R&D, Hardware, and Packaging Development team located in Stargard, Poland, and will be an on-site position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work in the field of medical technologies and collaborate with enthusiastic colleagues who take pride in making a difference in a company whose products can truly impact other people's lives.

  • Collaborate with different departments (from Poland and Denmark) to ensure that R&D documentation complies with Design Control requirements for medical devices.

  • Preparation and development of test methods, including designing and ordering necessary equipment and tools for testing.

  • Provide Statistical support in product verification projects to secure compliance with statistical methods in verification tests.

  • Execute tasks on packaging projects across all product groups in the areas of product improvements, compliance, quality, delivery, obsolescence, and cost.

  • Initiate and coordinate engineering changes (ECR/ECO).

  • Continuously expand knowledge by studying trends and changes in the medical device development process.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Technical university degree or being in the study of mechanical engineering or related field.

  • Communicative English at B2 level.

  • Good at prioritizing, meeting deadlines, analytical thinking and problem solving, stakeholder coordination skills, resistance to stress, excellent communication skills, knowledge of MS Office.

  • Experience in collaboration in cross- functional project teams in international environment.

  • Possibility of traveling 5%.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in statistical data analysis is an advantage is an advantage.

  • Experience in creating technical documentation is an advantage.
