The Sales & Operations Planner for Radiometer is responsible for:

  • Executing and organizing the S&OP process for the AQT area, including tactical demand and materials forecasting

  • Participate in continuously improvement projects within the S&OP process

  • Support and develop the bottom-up forecasting system

  • Improve forecast accuracy by conducting and presenting structured root cause analysis

This position is part of the Planning & Delivery department and will be located in Stargard, Poland and will be hybrid . At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Sales & Operations Planning team and report to the Planning and Delivery Associate Director , responsible for Global Planning Processes , On Time Delivery and Inventory Turns. In the Sales & Operations team we need to continue to develop and strengthen our team, while building muscles for the many strategic projects which are ongoing in Global Operations. As the footprint expand material flows will grow increasingly complex which will drive a need to focus on supplier forecasting and advanced material flows between sites.

In this position you will support the monthly S&OP processes , while also supporting strategic supply chain projects concerning supply chain planning.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to have the following areas of responsibility:

  • The Sales & Operations team is responsible for driving capacity planning and the timely identification and expansion of production bottlenecks. The S&OP Planner will deliver high-quality demand forecasts in the mid-term and strategic horizon, to drive the organization towards a shared goal:

  • One volume demand number 0-10Y

  • Aligned timelines for capacity expansion and provide sense of urgency to support future OTD

  • Aligned inputs for external capacity planning (moulds, suppliers)

  • Alignment between Sales, Finance and Operations stakeholders

  • Development of S&OP for Accessories

  • The team is participating in the improvement of the supplier forecasting process and will act as a SME for the PL site in achieving an aligned and correct supplier forecast for the committed production plan.

  • Developing and improving the bottom-up forecasting system (excel-based) in the S&OP team.

  • Continue to support supply chain projects, by participating in ongoing projects such as supplier development and strategic supply chain projects within the product portfolio.

    The essential requirements of the job are:

  • Stakeholder management experience, including solid people and communication skills

  • Analytical skills, including excel and flair for data

  • Ability to manage work in a dynamic environment

  • Proactive driver of improvement projects

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • +3 years experience in Supply Chain Planning

  • Experience with Capacity Planning

  • Fluent in oral and written English

  • Skilled or Expert user of MS Office Excel

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Axapta or similar ERP system is an advantage

  • MS Office in general

  • Experience with SQL Data queries, SQL databases, Loadscripts, Transformation of ‘Big data’
