Danaher Corporation Senior HR GDPR Project Manager (f/m/d) in Stargard Szczecinski, Poland
Following and monitoring fast-paced environment in GDPR area Radiometer decided to strengthen the HR Team with an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR GDPR Project Manager (f/m/d) position. Role will be located in Poland with a direct report to Director, HR Site in Denmark. As a Senior HR GDPR Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in driving projects across countries and functions, you will take the lead in ensuring sustainable compliance within HR data privacy and GDPR related to our European employees.
You will do this by designing/refreshing, project managing, implementing, coordinating and sustaining HR GDPR/privacy efforts in close collaboration with HR at headquarters in Copenhagen, HR teams in all our European sites, Legal and IT.
You will be responsible for ensuring roll-out/refreshing and implementation of all data privacy and GDPR initiatives for HR in Europe as well as ensuring continuous compliance through effective monitoring, follow up, internal auditing and reporting. You will support day-to-day operational matters and answer questions related to HR GDPR and you will act as sparring partner to your colleagues in HR in Europe.
You can expect to be responsible for the following assignments, but will also have the opportunity to shape the future of the position:
Implementing/refreshing and maintaining HR Privacy/GDPR initiatives across European sites with employees.
Contribute to the development of HR privacy roadmaps/annual processes and build plans to execute.
Develop framework and processes to monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Assist HR colleagues to build action plans to address issues of non-compliance and drive improvements.
Act as anchor point for the HR organization and point-of-contact on HR GDPR/privacy matters for Europe.
Report to management on progress, risks and solutions.
Ask the right questions in order to balance business needs with compliance requirements.
Become a trusted partner to the European HR team offering practical and pragmatic solutions and sparring.
What we expect from you:
MSc in Law, HR, Business.
GDPR knowledge and experience, hands on experience working in HR and with HR processes, project management skills and proven track record in managing international projects, stakeholder management skills, experience working in global or European organizations with regional scope of responsibility.
Proficient English (must have), other European languages an advantage.
Strong IT tools (MS Office) experience, good understanding of IT systems, working with data flow processes and collaborating with IT, being able to draft presentations in Power Point and work with Excel for action planning.
Ability and willing to travel up to 25% of working time if needed but is expected to be able to build strong relations and collaboration virtually/working remote.
