The Sustainable Sourcing Professional for Radiometer is responsible for advancing sustainability initiatives within supply chain and sourcing practices. In this role, you will provide hands-on project management support to develop Radiometer's responsible sourcing function within Global Operations. You will raise awareness of our sustainability progress, communicate key updates internally, and participate in responsible sourcing activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and engage with Radiometer's global supplier base.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Procurement department located in Denmark and will be an on-site role from the office in Stargard, Poland. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Global Sourcing Sustainability team and report to the Associate Director responsible for Sustainability, Supplier Risk & Data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Ecovadis supplier engagement program.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the sourcing sustainability roadmap.

  • Drive, create, execute, and maintain action plans for suppliers as a part of supplier engagement and development towards sustainability.

  • Contribute to the development of policies, framework, and governance for implementing sustainability in sourcing.

  • Support overall sustainability activities towards corporate and other business areas.

  • Monitor and advance KPIs for Scope 3 emissions in Procurement

  • Work together with Procurement category managers to drive and keep momentum for supplier dialogues and actions on decarbonization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with exposure to Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sustainability, ESG, or other relevant field

  • Preferably +2 years of experience within Project Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Corporate Sustainability or similar

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

  • Strong analytical abilities and a talent for problem-solving.

  • Skilled or expert in Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and certifications

  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards.

  • Experience with sourcing or procurement practices.
