The Tactical Purchaser for Radiometer is responsible for:
Ensuring tactical actions in accordance with the designated strategy
Align procurement initiative to financial goals
Supplier Relationship Management
Annual material price development
Proactive and reactive Sourcing activities
Internal responses to Procurement requirements
This position is part of the Purchase and Logistics Department located in Radiometer Solutions Sp. z o.o. in Stargard and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

The essential requirements of the job include:
An university degree in business, logistics, engineering, management or finance is required.
minimum 5 years’ experience in international sourcing related position in industry, preferably in medical device business
demonstrated skills in negotiations within an international environment
tactical and long-term thinking focused on further achievements
high analytical skills and good understanding manufacturing industry, budget and cost saving structures
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
well-organized, consistent and self-contained
high research skills of possible solutions, reducing cost, and improving quality and reliability
