Tactical Buyer for Radiometer is responsible for supporting strategic activities in long-term plans and responding to escalations from operational purchasing team.

This on-site position is part of the Tactical Procurement Team in Purchase and Logistics Department located in Radiometer Solutions Sp. z o.o. Stargard and will report to Senior Manager Tactical Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure tactical actions in accordance with the designated strategy

  • Align procurement initiative to financial goals

  • Manage Suppliers Relationships

  • Annual material price development

  • Proactive and reactive Sourcing activities

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • An university degree in business, logistics, engineering, management or finance is required.

  • minimum 3 years’ experience in international sourcing related position in industry, preferably in medical device business

  • demonstrated skills in negotiations within an international environment

  • tactical and long-term thinking focused on further achievements

  • high analytical skills and good understanding manufacturing industry, budget and cost saving structures

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • well-organized, consistent and self-contained

  • high research skills of possible solutions, reducing cost, and improving quality and reliability
