As Danaher TA Advisor you will provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple subsidiaries of the Danaher Corporation in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.

You will report to the Danaher Talent Acquisition Manager DACH & Eastern Europe and your primary focus will be on positions in Science & Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations, Quality across Danaher Operating Companies (OpCo's) such as: Radiometer, Cytiva, Leica Microsystems, Beckman Coulter.

This position is part of the Danaher Corporate Talent Acquisition department and will be available to candidates based in Krakow, Stargard or Poland Remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading strategic kick-off calls to understand hiring needs and conducting/reviewing talent supply & demand to educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics and brand ambassadorship.

  • Screening candidates, presenting a diverse, qualified slate to the hiring manager, and participating in debrief meetings to provide candidate insights for selection.

  • Providing offer recommendations to the hiring manager and HRBP based on candidate and market expectations.

  • Creating and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas and roles, identifying optimal channels for advertising, and posting jobs accordingly.

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging talent internally and externally using available tools, creating an exceptional candidate experience through candidate care initiatives, and understanding candidate motivators to customize messaging for increased offer acceptance.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Numerous years of Recruitment experience (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments, or agencies or working as RPO.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, in written and in spoken.

  • Previous experience from the R&D / Production Companies (recruiting white-collars & blue-collars) would be an asset.
