About the Customer and Sales Support role:
The primary role of this position is to provide high-quality service and support to our customers and sales associates to grow the business and gain market share. This individual supports the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance such as generating quotes, turning quotes to orders, updating databases, providing product-related information, and assisting in routing technical problems. In addition, communicating with our customers and providing assistance to customers as needed.
What Will I Be Doing?
Support Sales Team by completing phone, email, and voicemail quote requests, sending them along to the Territory Manager and/or customer
Support bid process by researching, preparing, and obtaining bid documents
Enter orders into the ERP system
Update sales opportunities in Salesforce
Assist with requests on pricing, shipping, availability questions, terms, and stock information
Assist in resolving customer complaints and problems

What Are The Qualifications?
Commercial or technical education, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
3+ years of customer service experience w/ strong customer focus and commitment to high Customer Satisfaction
2+ years supporting direct sales associates
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong time-management skills; Ability to multi-task
Ability to organize cross-functional collaboration for a common goal
Contract review experience a plus
Software sales support experience a plus
Salesforce and ERP experience a plus
The salary range for this role is $40,800 - $54,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
