Develops or modifies program logic for new applications or software which may include coding, testing, debugging, documenting, implementing and maintaining software applications. Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components.
Design and Delivery of Middleware Development Standards.
Define integration requirements through analysis, and design.
Guide software development activities for projects that are not covered under current Middleware standards.
Support the processes that ensure application availability and manage the application life cycle of the Middleware and related applications.
Manage risks associated with program implementation and developing risk mitigation strategies.
Provide technical direction and assistance to stakeholders regarding their integration needs.
Plan, design, implement and document integration processes varying in levels of complexity into production and non-production environments.
Develop test plan specifications, test and debug processes according to plan.
Support the management of, monitoring and maintaining all Middleware integrations. responding to critical failures, and escalating issues when necessary.
Proactively troubleshoot failed integrations or integration components analysing processing errors, identify cause determine possible resolutions, and identify fixes in existing interfaces.
Analyze performance of interfaces and take actions to correct deficiencies.
Maintain integration configuration and support documentation as integrations are changed, developed, or repurposed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
Experience with enterprise integration tools (Boomi, AWS).
Experienced with systems roll-outs, facilitating change management, transitions from project phase to on-going systems support.
Experience with cloud-based middleware/iPaaS platforms.
Programming experience in one or more of the following: (desirable ,Python, AWS (API Gateways, MFT, S3, Lamda Functions, Athena, Redshift)
Experience / good understanding of Linux/Unix Experience (desirable).
Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, SQL and ASP.
Understanding of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
Maintain code quality through application of best practices, unit testing and QA and deployment automation.
Knowledge of enterprise systems (CRM, SFA, ERP).
