Danaher Corporation Contract Administrator I in Sunnyvale, California

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to read and comprehend contracts

  • Validate the accuracy of Contracts to Customer Master Records

  • Create, Modify, and Maintain Contract records in Cepheids database (Sales Force)

  • Maintain a high degree of data integrity

  • Ability to identify and communicate to internal teams on issues that may arise

  • Identify areas within the processes that can be improved on to Management

  • Actively participates in cross functional projects as assigned by manager

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

  • For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

  • Minimum High School degree with 2-3 years related work experience in Contracts/Administration/Customer Master/Data Entry/Sales Support

Knowledge and skills:

  • High level of accuracy in data entry.

  • Ability to read and comprehend Contracts.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skill.

  • Ability to follow procedural guidelines and responds to and/or research details within database.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to details.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, deal with ambiguity, effectively manages changing priorities, and maintains professionalism during stressful situations.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and SAP.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills between diverse teams (Sales, Service, and Operation Teams)

  • Work in a Team environment, as well as work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
