Danaher Corporation Production Test Technician (Night) in Sunnyvale, California

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be Proficiently in Performing all tests in IPT consumables

  • Enters Statistical Process data

  • Enters MES data

  • Performs Line Clearance

  • Verifies DHR test data

  • Understand and Follow Production Schedules.

  • Understands the acceptance criteria for all Tests

  • Monitors IPT Updates and Results and Informs Supervisor and Leads as needed.

  • Has a good communication with other departments

  • Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within area of expertise

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education or Experience (in years):

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2 -4 years’ experience

Knowledge and skills:

Apply Acquired Job Skills and Company Policies and Procedures to Complete Assignments.

  • Intermediate Knowledge of testing software.

  • Must be able to follow cGMP,GDP,GLPs, FDA and ISO standards

  • Must be able to follow directions, able to understand SOPs and demonstrate understanding through speech and/or written form

  • Proficiency in computer systems such as Word, Excel, SAP and e-mail

Physical requirements/abilities:

  • Must be able to lift up to 35LBS

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions

  • Ability to work in a controlled environment.

Other:

  • Must be a Team Player. Able to willingly provide assistance when needed.

  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with Peers, Leads, Supervisors and Managers.

  • Able to Understand Work Instructions.

  • Email Test Results Timely and Appropriately.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (optional):

  • 2-4 years Basic Laboratory Experience, Laboratory Supplies, Medical Equipment

  • Experience working in a GMP/ISO manufacturing environment

  • Experience using pipettes and working with chemicals

  • Flexibility with the work schedule including modified shift times, overtime and weekends
