Danaher Corporation Site Services Coordinator in Sunnyvale, California
Assist the Site Services Manager in coordination and support of all site services at several South and East Bay Area buildings. Duties include administrative support, vendor management in order to assist the Facilities Department to operate effectively and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Site Services Manager in coordination of services at the Sunnyvale, Newark and EBLC Fremont Locations
Manage service vendors such as document destruction, breakroom/food services and office supplies.
Manage and coordinate Pest Control and Janitorial operations in a GMP environment
Assist in work order coordination and reporting using Blue Mountain RAM, and Office Space
Manage interoffice mail delivery
Support coordination of off-site meetings and large-scale events
Perform building audits and coordinate special projects
Education or Experience (in years): Education or Experience (in years):
- l Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of related work experience.
Knowledge and skills:
Excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills and a professional phone presence
Must have superb organizational skills and be detail oriented
Must be able to multi-task, complete assignments and projects with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision
Intermediate skills with basic office software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Willingness to take on new projects
Reliable, consistent, punctual and outgoing professional
Professional appearance with a can-do attitude
While performing the duty of this job, the employee is required to walk for moderate distances, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to drive a company vehicle
