Danaher Corporation Sr. Accounts Receivable Process & Business Analyst in Sunnyvale, California
POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Accounts Receivable Process & Business Analyst will directly support the operations of the credit & collections team (AR) by managing various projects, both technical and business process related. The analyst will also be responsible for the development of a comprehensive training program covering all accounts receivable functions. A suitable candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong time management and communication skills and be able to prioritize multiple key tasks. A hands-on individual who is organized, accurate, results-oriented and possesses great integrity.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the project manager for various accounts receivable related projects covering collections management, credit reviews and cash application.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to participate in projects that require AR involvement.
Develop/update AR related policies and job processes, partnering with Cepheid Finance global stakeholders.
Working alongside the various AR team members, create a comprehensive AR training program and take the lead in onboarding future new hires.
Work on other special projects as needed.
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time.
Education and Experience (in years):
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit/Accounts Receivable
Knowledge and skills:
Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with an emphasis on the ability to prepare and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets through V look-ups and pivot tables
This position has a wide diversity of work situations, and requires good organization and analytical skills, working quickly while maintaining accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and spelling in written communication
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with high level of accuracy
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment
Project management experience
