Danaher Corporation Sr. Sales Analyst, Channel Partners in Sunnyvale, California
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monthly measurement and reporting of Distributor sales tracings
Responsible for continuous and timely processing of sales tracing data in SAP
Partners with finance/accounting to execute accurate distribution fees
Maintains end user sales information in order to ensure an accurate database for Sales Information and Sales Incentive Payments.
Communicates with Distribution and Sales to identify and resolve sales tracing discrepancies.
Responsible for delivering regularly occurring business reports, new requests for data & analytics, and validation of data accuracy
Drive resolution of systemic issues that result in the perpetuation of data inaccuracies.
Be an innovation advocate for opportunities to improve the delivery of data to stakeholders through dashboard creation and automation
Proactively work with key stakeholders and project teams to identify and develop data reporting & analytics, which will be used to make business decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, measure success and drive sustainment
Ensure effective communications with stakeholders, using a variety of tools and channels
Work independently and complete basic problem solving
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
Education and Experience (in years):
Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR
Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR
Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
Knowledge and skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups), Access, SQL and/or VBA
Excellent problem solving
Adept at tackling cross functional problems and routinely influence partner organizations
Excellent oral and written communication skill
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Ability to solve complex problems while exercising exceptional judgement based on the analysis of the data
Highly analytical, strong attention to detail and an ability to set and meet tight deadlines.
Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
Ability to work in an office environment
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a growing company
