Plan master production schedules through 90-180 days with focus on process improvements
Executes master production schedules and daily work orders relative to shelf life, restrictions and customer requirements
Develop balanced factory optimization schedules to ensure customer demands and factory utilization targets are achieved at multiple factories.
Oversees master schedules for production, ensuring comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing. Incorporate in forecasts and master production schedules.
Proven capable of providing analyses and using judgement to assess options. Expectation of concise communication with senior leaders to highlight issues and solutions with supporting data
Enthusiastic and friendly team player who can motivate colleagues and contribute to shared objectives in efforts to accomplish departmental goals on time and inside budget
Member of cross functional team ensuring successful on time, high quality, and UAT deliverables
Lean awareness and ideally experienced in structure of continuous improvement (Daily Management, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Kaizen, and Gemba Walks.)
SAP planning expertise. Determines ERP driven material requirements and creates production execution schedules and maintains inventory at planned levels.
Develop and facilitate proposals, to support organizing and conducting relevant, concise, data driven, professional presentations to leadership with quality recommendations.
Create graphical scorecards supporting bowlers – summarizing information of what really matters
Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
Drives cost savings quality improvement projects and innovation.
Manage finished goods inventory to meet agreed-upon customer service requirements.
Develop more efficient processes using value stream mapping to enhance current execution tasks
Commitment to deliverable with intellectual and work time flexibility to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Requires bachelor’s degree (prefer chemistry, or industrial engineering.)
Prefer coursework in Operations or Analytics.
Prefer experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
Candidate should be strong in Microsoft Word and Excel. SQL and Visio experience highly valued.
