Danaher Corporation Training & Systems Analyst in Sunnyvale, California
The OM Trainer & Systems Coordinator will create, upload and assign the Cepheid Order Management training documents and be responsible for the training of associates within the department. They will also be responsible for managing all. This role is responsible for partnering with Cepheid cross functional business partners and Order Management leaders to design, deliver and administer US based e-learning curriculum in support of the US order management team’s objectives and systems enhancements and testing. This role will be accountable for the creation of training content and maintenance, and may also include coaching, along with administrative responsibilities to support the US order management organization.
The OM Trainer & Systems Coordinator is responsible leading a full range of activities across one or more programs or projects with a varying degree of complexity and scope, while partnering with internal customers, Audit teams, IT and other stakeholders. This role will work to support as business partner function liaising with IT and commercial business functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to:
Create standard work documents SOP's and training on processes and policies for Order Management team
Manage documents and assignments in Compliance Wire
Deliver remote learning, and in-person instructor-led training
Develop Order Management New Hire On boarding plan & training assignments. Manage completion on program with new hire associates
Audits department outputs within order management to ensure sustainment of healthy adherence of procedures and process, including learner performance, and perform retraining if necessary
Engages and listens to team and responds to training needs
Partners with cross functional business leaders to assess Order Management training needs
Exhibits exceptional communication skills to communicate training and feedback to audience
Ownership of your ongoing professional development gained through work assignments and other development opportunities
Prioritizes & supports SAP enhancement requests, UAT, Salesforce projects
Utilizes DBS tools for continuous improvements in process and recommendations to provide the training tools for engaging and assessing ongoing associate training techniques
Ability to work in a team environment & interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality/integrity high priorities for self and team. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in completing various, multiple and changing business priorities, requirements, and projects.
Must be self-motivated, demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and be a "results" driven individual with a positive attitude for a timely delivery of agreed upon solutions.
Education or Experience (in years):
BA/BS in Training, Instructional Design, E-Learning, other Learning discipline, or related field preferred:
Experience in SAP, Salesforce, and GHX
Employee mentoring and/or development preferred
Understands key business drivers, uses this understanding to accomplish own work
3 years of documented process experience exceeding goals preferred
Training experience preferred
Knowledge and skills:
Excellent curriculum instructional design development and skills.
Understanding of Adult Learning Theories; Needs Assessment; Performance Consulting.
Ability to understand products and complex technical data, operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to work and deliver in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Manages multiple ongoing projects and demonstrates excellent organization skills.
Cultivates working relationships with internal and external team members, and business partners.
Strong knowledge of Healthcare, Medical Device or Diagnostic, Capital Equipment, and/or Lab Equipment experience desired.
Demonstrated leadership beyond minimum job responsibilities.
Working experience in a Medical industry/ FDA regulated environment is a plus.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce Lightning and Classic platforms
