Danaher Corporation Treasury Associate in Sunnyvale, California

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer bank account activities such as user maintenance, cash sweeps, and compliance required worldwide

  • Support opening and closing of global bank accounts and other Treasury projects

  • Prepare Quarterly Cash and Treasury Reporting

  • Prepare annual global insurance reporting

  • Support insurance claims and other insurance related requests from business

  • Prepare required monthly journal entries

  • Support and review US Property Tax filings prepared by third party

  • GSA and FBAR Compliance

  • Maintain Business Licenses and other tax registrations

  • Support special projects as needed

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • 2 year experience in Finance, Treasury, or Accounting related field

Knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines with a strong sense of ownership

  • Demonstrated data analytics and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with complex global project management a plus

  • Solid technology skills including mid-to-advanced usage of Excel and ability to navigate new technological solutions.
