The Professional for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for cost saving from Design Changes.

This position is part of the Purchasing Group located in Beckman Coulter Mishima and will be position is hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Production transfer after design change

· Correction of work standards and drawings Use of CAD, Excel, Word

· Evaluation report creation

· Selection and evaluation of mechanical and electrical parts as design change work for the purpose of cost reduction (Involved with purchaser)

· Component evaluation is mechanical and electrical performance and function confirmation.

· Opportunities for overseas business trips may arise in the future (in principle, none during the corona crisis)

· Review the design change with the development, service, sales, and quality departments and coordinate the details of the design change.

JOB SUMMARY(業務内容) :

医療機器の多岐に渡るVAVE業務（メカ、電気部品の設計変更及び検証）

・設計変更後の生産移管

・作業基準書・図面の修正　CAD利用、Excel, Word

・評価レポート作成

・コスト削減を目的とした設計変更業務としてメカ、電気部品の選定と評価

（購買業者関わり有り）

　部品評価はメカ、電気に関する性能、機能確認となる。

・海外出張の機会は今後出てくるかもしれない（コロナ禍においては原則的になし）

・設計変更のレビューを開発、サービス、営業、品質部門と行い設計変更内容について調整。

・製造現場には具体的な作業指示。

REQUIREMENTS(応募要件):

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE(必須の知識と経験):

• 3D CAD経験（Solidworks）

• メカ関連の設計経験

• 評価レポート作成経験

EDUCATION（学歴）:

• 高卒・高専・大学卒業程度

PERSONALITY（人物）:

• コミュニケーション能力の高い方

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE（望ましい知識と経験）:

• 流体（水）及びその圧力に関する経験

• 金属、樹脂材料に関する強度、耐久性、耐薬品性に関する知識

• 他部署との整合を取りながらの業務主査経験

• テスター等　汎用計測器を使用したデータ測定経験

• 各種センサに関する知識
