The Production Engineer (reagent) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for m aking sure production activity meet the requirements of FDA, ISO and other laws and Regulations .
This position is part of the Operations Department located in Suzhou and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide guidance and training for production staff to develop personal skills, make sure the skill level can meet company growth requirement;
Cooperate with technical department to solve production key problems with quality and productivity;
Cooperate with technical department to complete new product transfer and new production line handover;
Responsible for production department documents publish, update, and training work;
Actively participate in DBS KAIZEN, continue improve safety, quality and productivity.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree experience with 3+ years in filed ;
College ‘s degree experience with 5+ years in filed;
Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities;
Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents;
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in IVD production preferred
Experience with new product transfers preferred.
