• 根据生产计划合理调配班组人员，以满足准时交付要求；并负责人员日常管理包括考勤、排班、休假等；

• 根据部门目标，与主管/经理一起制定班组成员的个人绩效目标、并定期进行辅导跟进和绩效评估；

• 指导、培训班组人员的生产必备知识和技能，跟进员工培训及资质认证，确保员工获得岗位作业资格；

• 快速响应生产计划调整，负责产线异常情况的汇报沟通、并积极协助问题解决；

• 执行生产过程安全、质量、效率等控制要求，定期组织班会、执行5S管理，促进生产关键指标的达成；

• 学习并应用DBS文化和工具，参与或领导Kaizen改善活动，完成SQDIP DM看板，推动生产效率提高；

• 指导员工熟悉生产设备的使用和日常保养;

• 完成领导安排的其他各项工作

• 高中/中专以上学历，至少35年直接生产管理经验；

• 机械、电子或自动化相关专业背景；有医疗行业工作经验者，优先考虑；

• 良好的质量意识、问题解决和沟通能力；

• 积极正向，结果导向，执行力强；

熟悉电脑操作，熟练运用excel/word等office软件
