Key Responsibility

Management of projects – lead crossfunctional NPD teams

  • Lead regular project meetings and provide guidance to team members

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables from a customer as well as organizational perspective

  • Define, measure and communicate project progress to leadership

  • Identify, prevent and manage risks

  • Track and ensure on time delivery of project tasks and resource requirements

  • Manage Design History File and project documentation

  • Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders

  • Align the company´s general business targets with the project´s objectives and outcomes

  • Organizational development

    Including but not limited to:

  • Support establishment and build up of the R&D organization and laboratory in China

  • Contribute to implementation of good / industry standard project management and processes

  • Contribute to implementation of DBS within the R&D and PM organisations in China
