Danaher Corporation R&D Specialist in Suzhou, China
This position will take the responsibility for R&D materials management including samples and materials. For samples management, the specialist is in charge of the whole process for local sample collection for R&D which includes the application of HGRAC (Human Genetic Resource Administration of China) approval, coordination of the corresponding working partners to complete the documentation preparation and sample collection process, the sample management in R&D.
For materials management, the specialist will be the coordinator for the critical materials importation and local procurement for R&D materials, will be responsible for materials/reagents management in R&D.
Coordinates regular device/instrument maintenance/calibration for R&D lab.
Documents preparation for audit.
Tasks shall be done according to the R&D department schedule with good quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the local sample collection according to the R&D requirement
Be responsible to make appropriate timeline assessment for collection process
Prepares R&D documents for necessary application of sample collection
Partner coordination for sample collection
Manages the working process for sample managements in R&D
End to end management for R&D materials
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
Education and Experience (in years):
- University degree with 3+ years of related working experience such as clinical affair specialist
Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge for HGRAC law
Familiar with the collaboration process in hospital/lab
Basic knowledge of medical device industry in China
Good level of management skill
High level of communication skill
Able to draft documents in Chinese and English
