Danaher Corporation Senior Manager Global EE&Firmware Engineering in Suzhou, China

Job Responsibility 岗位职责:

  • Leads global electric engineering (EE)/firmware (FW) team to develop new products following corresponding procedure and manage to achieve the project targets , be capable of assessing the complexity and risks of the projects and leads team member to solve complex problems; provide technical guidance, lead the project technical review for each phase.

  • /固件团队遵循相关流程实施新品开发工作并确保满足项目目标, 能够对项目的复杂性及风险进行评估,并领导团队成员解决复杂问题,提供技术指导, 主导各阶段技术评审。

  • Teams daily management, organize technique assessment, review and instruct team from problem analysis to resolution.

    主管团队的日常管理,组织技术方案评估及评审, 指导问题分析和解决。

  • Take charge of team management on objective setting, progress tracking and performance evaluation.

    • Build up team development goals and take initiatives to drive core capability buildup, talents development, process improvement. foster talent team growing and team culture.

    建立团队发展目标,采取主动改善措施促进核心能力建设、人才发展、流程完善, 建设人才梯队和团队文化。

  • Lead EE/FW function teams’ technique roadmap and organize pre-study on key innovation. Drive next generation technique innovation& evaluation, implement technical solutions with close cooperation with other global function teams.

  • /固件团队的技术路线发展,组织关键技术预研。 推动下一代平台技术创新研究及技术评估,与global其他功能团队紧密合作并制定及落实推进技术方案的实施。

  • Enhance team engineering management level to improve team efficiency and design quality with introducing the initiatives of new tools, new tech. new process.

    引入新工具,新技术,新流程,提高团队研发及工程管理水平,提升研发效率和质量。

  • Support or lead other tasks and initiatives by supervisor.
