What You’ll Do
Responsible for the downstream hardware at GMP scale, hardware of Oligo and hardware of continuous manufacturing, including chromatography systems, chromatography/oligo columns, inline conditioning system, Oligo synthesis system, filtration systems etc.
Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using Cytiva resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision-making process towards a successful outcome for Cytiva.
Be able to present and discuss the technology and benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.
Be able to train the customer for relevant equipment from both process and instrument sides.
Is accountable to achieve Product/Solutions/Service orders and sales OP target for assigned account/territory.
Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to the product/solutions/ services.
Develop the understanding of the customers changing application and operational issues and challenges.
Forecast orders and sales within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for the products/solutions/services in the assigned territory/account.
Build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans within the assigned account/territory. Identify & respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs.
Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop effective counterstrategies.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of technical support/selling experience in a life science (Chromatography , Oligonucleotide, Filtration) field.
Or 2 years above of Manufacturing/PD experience in a life science (mAb, Oligonucleotide, mRNA, CGT, Vaccine…) field.
Familiar with ÄKTA series hardware, purification columns, Oligo series hardware, UnicornTM software.
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based technical support/sales approach.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English.
Able to travel.
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
Strong capacity and drive to develop career.
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
Excellent organizational skills. Excellent negotiation & closing skills.
