Danaher Corporation Senior Production Planning & Control Engineer in Suzhou, China
Fully responsible for managing and analyzing sales order plan working order plan delivery plan and production expense.
- Handle and integrate sales order and draw up production output plan.
- Create and close production working order.
- Analyze variance of working order including quantity of materials labor hour and FG.
- Work with commercial team together to confirm urgent order and identify demands priority.
- Work out FG shipment weekly plan based on open order and inventory.
- Provide the shipment date to commercial team and analyze the root cause of FG shortage.
- Analyze and control production daily consumables expense.
- Update BOM and routing annually in system.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
