As tech expert , Assess the complexity and risks of the project, and plan the product technology roadmap. Leads team member to solve complex problems; provide technical support. Lead the technical review of each phase of project
Drive next generation WARP technique innovation& evaluation, implement technical solutions with close cooperation with global team.
Drive electrical engineering and cross team tech capability growth initiatives . Strengthen standard workflows to support efficient project development
Build design requirements and implement detail design according to the project inputs
Design the circuit board and wiring in product according to design requirements
Be responsible for circuit debug, function test. Provide support for integrated test
Transfer design to production line and solve related technical issue
Provide electrical technical support to factory and market for mass production, launch design change according to feedback
Support or lead other tasks and initiatives which allocated by supervisor .
