负责多条灌包装产线的操作和现场管理，了解生产安全和生产过程控制要求；  指导、培训班组团队员工的生产技能，确保适应公司发展。  指导、监督、带领班组团队员工按规定操作、保养相关的设备；  熟悉与产品相关的文件，指导、监督团队按照文件要求从事一切生产活动；  指导员工熟悉灌装、包装生产设备的使用要求，保证产品达到质量要求；  熟悉试剂的灌装/包装过程和质量安全指标，维持高比例的一次性通过率；  配合进行新产品和新产线的导入、验证等相关工作  与公司技术部门合作解决产品实现过程中影响效率的关键问题；  起草修订生产相关文件  积极参与领导 Kaizen 等的改进项目，推动生产效率的提高。  完成领导安排的其他各项工作
