· The Logistics & Distribution Supervisor in Taiwan Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for oversight and direction across the Taiwan Logistics & Distribution (L&D) organization. This position will be responsible for providing transportation and distribution thought leadership, as well as the execution of all key logistics processes in Taiwan. This position is part of the Global Operations Function and will be located in Taiwan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Manage procedures and trainings for Logistics & Distribution (L&D) Associates in Beckman Coulter warehouse (TWF) in Taiwan

· Report and manage performance of daily operations of TWF L&D team; focusing on incoming receiving, pick & pack and local deliveries

· Co-ordinate with Logistics Service Providers and monitor daily inbound/outbound deliveries

· Manage and maintain business relationships with Appointed Service Providers

· Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to measure efficiency and improvement of L&D Associates

· Improve Freight and Warehousing processes and systems; driving towards “Best-In-Class” operations within Beckman and Danaher groups

· Lead and participate in in Kaizen projects in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders

· Comply and adhere to the Quality and EHS requirement

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline, preferably in multiple aspects of logistics and distribution in large volume

· 5-8 years’ working experience in similar function and industry

· A minimum of 4+ years’ experience, in People Management role with strong, proven and visible leadership history

· Working knowledge of Oracle / SAP / TMS

· Language proficiency in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Strong critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity and ambiguity
