Under direct supervision, support while performing the same tasks as other employees in the line or specific group.
Assists the supervisor while performing the same tasks as other employees in the line or specific group. Receive work instructions and specifications from supervisor and conveys to workers in the line or specific group. Motivates and helps workers meet production standards. Helps supervisor address job issues. Supports training of new personnel. Maintains standard operation procedures for the production function. Fills employee absences at different process areas. Perform scrap and Back flush Reports in QAD system.
