The AKTA FAS specialist for Cytiva is responsible for アカデミア基礎研究分野、製薬メーカー 創薬部門、創薬スタートアップに導入されるタンパク質精製装置 AKTAシリーズのテクニカルサポート。
This position is part of the Discovery Sales and FAS located in Shinjuku, Tokyo and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
アカデミア基礎研究分野、製薬メーカー 創薬部門、創薬スタートアップに導入されるタンパク質精製装置 AKTAシリーズのテクニカルサポートを担って頂きます。
当該製品の納品設置/取り扱い説明実施や当該製品導入を目的としたテクニカルサポートの実施（営業担当者との協業や学会展示員参加）。
お客様から寄せられる質問・クレームの学術窓口対応や製品トラブル対応および不良品対応の実施。
継続的にAKTAブランドの強化を行い、売上増大に貢献する。
以上の業務を滞りなく実施するため、社内外ともに高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます。
Who you are:.
自然科学系の大学もしくは大学院を卒業していること。
タンパク質の取り扱った経験を3年以上もち、専門用語を理解できること
英語による基本的な読み書きを行え、将来的にわたり向上を持つこと。
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
出張に関して：日本国内の宿泊を伴う出張が可能であること。2～3日、海外出張が可能であること。1～2週間
複数人にて40kg程度の機器運搬が可能であること
運転免許所を保持していればなお良い。
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
