What You Will Do

• Oracleへの注文データ入力、納品までの管理、顧客サポート

• 受注チャネル（マニュアル、Web、CSV他）に応じた対応の実施

• 顧客、販売代理店および関係部署からの問合対応（メール/電話）

• 直販、代理店販売のビジネスモデルを理解し、それぞれ対応

• 製品、顧客データ情報の確認とマスター更新

• 営業と連携し、注文管理を行い受注・売上予測の精度向上に貢献、また、関連部署（調達・倉庫関連部署）と連携しOTD（On Time Delivery）に貢献

• コミュニケーション力、サポートスキルを用い質の高い対応、サービスを顧客へ提供し顧客満足度の向上に貢献

• ファイナンス、法務部と連携しコンプライアントなオペレーションを実施

• 請求書管理ツールを使った請求書対応

Who you are

• バイオ技術、ライフサイエンス分野に、興味がある

• カスタマーサービス（受注、調達、輸入、売上・請求など）の分野で3年以上の実務経験、OracleまたはSAP等の基幹システムの経験がある

• 流暢な日本語ができ、ビジネスレベルの英語でコミュニケーションできる

• 顧客目線、相手目線でニーズを理解でき、リーダーシップがある

• チームメンバー、他部署と協力してチームプレイができる

• 変化に柔軟、既存プロセスに満足せずチャレンジ、改善意欲がある

• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、等）、Salesforce、Anywhere365、各種ITツールを積極的に活用し業務に取り入れられる
