The Opportunity:
The DBSL provides targeted support to Pall business unit and functional leaders through coaching, training and project leadership to enable process improvements and sustainment of stronger results through the use of DBS tools, analytics, and improved commercial performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities: (split equally)
Lead the training, implementation and coaching of commercial continuous improvement processes, business process improvements, best practices and tools.

The following are the key responsibilities for the position:
Key Responsibilities:
Support Global Kaizen Funnel management process by entering and maintaining status of DBS activities. Coach/partner with global/regional Leaders to develop charters, recommend tools, guide the kaizen leaders and facilitate or lead events through all stages, inclusive of prework and sustainment.
Train and facilitate process improvements at Pall using the identified tools above that enable business and functional leaders to drive results. Work with leadership to establish key metrics and ensure processes are in place to enable sustainment of results from the use of the processes and tools.
Build foundational daily management processes and analytics. Provide training, establish process, expectations and deploy into Pall business units to establish rigor around daily management to maximize growth, revenue and operating profit.
Collaborate on sales effectiveness priorities and initiatives to ensure the commercial engine/system is producing the greatest results for the business.
Collaborate on process improvement priorities and initiatives to ensure that Pall commercial and functional teams are producing the greatest results for the business.
Perform in-depth analysis of business unit sales and marketing processes and systems and functional business processes and systems to identify and recommend areas of improvement. Identify KPIs that are most critical to business performance and design solutions to source the necessary data and surface it in meaningful reports.
Design and improve business unit commercial performance reporting (includes SEO, PPC, website traffic, email, and social media) utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM and QlikView. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure reporting tools are being used to help drive performance improvement.
Ability to commit to up to 75% of required domestic and international business travel
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2-3 years experience in a commercial or business/functional leadership position
Fluent in Japanese and English
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business or Scientific field
Minimum 2-3 years in a Pall or Danaher business with exposure to or leadership of DBS tools
2-3 years of experience in a commercial role in a B2B environment
