Summary: * Lead and manage growth of Regional Semicon and MacroE customers/accounts – responsible to achieve Core growth (Orders & Shipments), within allocated SG&A, managing a team of Direct Sales & Distributor Sales teams. * Develop and drive region sales strategy, share gain in Regional Semicon, MacroE with a team of Pall Sales & Distribution sales teams * Distribution management – Lead (Regional Semi / MacroE) and Support (GSA) execution, leveraging common Distribution partners. * Lead One Region team - driving collaboration with Technical Support and Product Management resources – focused on creating value, achieving competitive differentiation and profitable growth for MicroE. Main Duties:



Strategic: 40% * Jointly establishes clear direction, goals and milestones (with measurable indices) for accounts & channel partners together with sale managers * Market intelligence - Deft at using the standard PDCA, Plan, Do, Check, Adjust strategies to align to market conditions * Puts strategies into action (to the point of impact) * Drives Teams and Engagement – Networking (External/Internal) and relationship management

Standard Work 30% * Standard work implementation (P4G, D4G set up, funnel review, weekly estimates/ bridge, account plans, Opportunity Plan/Blue Sheet, Distributor Monthly Meeting, etc) * Drives High Performance culture – Swears by the ethos of DBS Tools - PSP, Funnel Management * Talent Management and Retention * Manages P&L * Operations on Field: 20% * Executes and Monitors (via direct reporting staff) growth drivers and initiatives to assigned teams & channel partners * Drives Account Management programs across key accounts * Drives Channel Partner Management Programs for all channel partners Other Duties: 10% * Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification
* University Degree * 10 years sales leadership Experience In electronics / chemical industry with a well known Multinational company * Demonstrates expertise in strategic selling to large global companies with complex multi plant foot print, complex matrix of Financial and User buyers. * Demonstrates expertise in partnering with customers, building sustainable relationships and leveraging customer insights and decision criteria to drive solutions and strategies across the organization which address previously unmet and evolving needs * Demonstrates ability to understand complex account interdependencies in order to develop both short- and long-term account plans in conjunction with a wide array of stakeholders, and lead account team’s execution to deliver on the account plan * Effectively leads a sales team to meet short and long-term account objectives
