Position Summary

As Sales representative, I will mainly engage with doctors to expand the Mammotome in order to make the product description useful to customers and differentiate it from other companies.

Its mission is to save breast cancer patients. Therefore, it is a job to provide information and sell equipment to hospitals after understanding the characteristics of products.

He/She has to be sales manager position 2-3 years later

営業職として、直接顧客へ製品の説明にて有用性や他社との差別化を図るため主に医師へ面談してマンモトームを拡げる活動をします。

その活動は乳がん患者を救うことが使命であり。そのため製品の特性を理解したうえで病院へ情報提供と機器の販売を行う職種です。

近い将来、営業マネージャーに昇進するポテンシャルが既にあるもの。

Major Responsibilities

・ Cultivate markets

・ Improve existing customers by differentiating them from competitors

・ Proposal and implementation of seminars and briefings

・ Provide information to hospitals taking the initiative in educational activities

・市場を開拓する

・競合との差別化を図り既存顧客の満足度を上げる

・セミナーや説明会の提案と実施

・啓発活動を率先して病院への情報提供

Desired Education, Experience, Skills

・ Education should be a degree holder

・ Experience in the medical device field

・ It is desirable if you have English skills

・ There are a few successful cases in the medical industry.

・ To be able to overcome issues with their own ingenuity and to be able to plan and take the initiative in daily activities.

・教育は学位取得者が望ましい

・医療機器分野における経験保有者

・英語スキルがあれば望ましい

・医療業界での成功事例が２～３例はある。

・自分の工夫で課題を乗りこえることができ、日々の活動に計画性を持ち率先できる事。

Travel: Over 70%

Language: Japanese; business level. English; Reading and writing e-mail in English,
