  • 営業活動における数値分析から営業実績を向上させるための改善アクションの仮設を立て、それをGM/セールスイネーブルメントマネージャー/セールスディレクターと共有、協議し、営業実績の向上へ貢献する

  • 機器の売上予想をSalesから吸上げ、消耗品のRun rate分析等からweeklyでForecast作成とAPACへの報告

  • 上記同様にMonthlyで向こう3か月および年間のForecast策定と報告

  • 販売目標達成のため販売実績を基にSalesへ戦略的提案および分析レポートのサポート
