In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
To renew and sell new service contract via dealer
To update service contract data in the system for account management
To make service contract and spare parts quotation and email to the dealer
To process purchase order for service contract
Be responsible for external & internal inquiries regarding service contract
To make service sales related report
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience in data input and management
Able to read/understand basic English
Experience in customer interaction by telephone and email.
People person who likes to work in a team
Customer oriented mind
Comfortable working with English interface system
Able to ask questions and learn from the experience#LI-SS3 #LI-hybrid
To manage warranty, POS, OOW, academia accounts and small business renewal. In Japan, contract billing is also managed by service sales team. Hence inside sales role is critical to manage billing part of the business.
