What You Will Do
Develop strategies to penetrate targeted accounts through action plans and value propositions (elaborated together with service inside sales, dealers, area service manager, key account managers, and product sales specialists)
Develop Key Account Customers by making the best use of strategic selling methods and tools available, bringing together internal resources and partners to improve selling time and actively maintain and develop customer relationships on a short- and long-term basis in order to achieve maximum customer happiness and maximize sales potential through repeated business as well as cross-selling activities.
Research and find opportunities in line with strategic directives in order to generate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsell existing contracts, and expand the portfolio of solutions sold (qualification services, digital solutions) and be responsible for the development of new lead generation through cold calls with existing and new customers.
Co-Lead the negotiation cycle with the service inside sales, area service managers, and key account managers when required by handling objection, reinforce value proposition, use an effective strategy to achieve results, and close deals with high margin.
Manage proactively the forecast to deliver accurate data.
Demonstrates humility and self-awareness and coaches service inside sales
Who you are
5+ years related experience
Fluent level English and Japanese
Strong data analysis experience
Consulting skills preferred
Leadership/team management experience preferred
