The Sales Representative for Radiometer is responsible for acquire specialized knowledge and sales skills, and contribute to the company's performance and society by achieving customer satisfaction.

This position is part of the sales team located in Kanazawa and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

【職務内容】

専門的な知識および営業スキルを習得し、顧客満足度を高めることにより、会社業績および社会に貢献できる仕事です。

営業活動だけでなく技術的なサポートを中心とした技術営業職ですが、研修制度が整っているので未経験でも無理なく独り立ちできます。

• 既存顧客を対象とした定期訪問と情報交換

• 競合他社の情報収集、分析、活用

• 新規顧客開拓営業

• 代理店との協働、情報交換

• 定期的な装置の保守点検及びメンテナンス対応、バージョンアップ対応

• 機器修理対応 （突発的なオンコール修理や問い合わせ）

• デモンストレーション計画の立案、運営、アフターフォロー

• 各種報告書作成、データベース操作等の事務処理

• 客先への機器販売、設置、操作方法説明、データ通信接続

【応募要件】

①　大学卒以上

②　普通自動車による5 年以上の営業経験（メディカル業界の経験があれば尚可）

③　 装置の仕組みを理解し、専門知識と技能の習得を目指す方

④　夜間休日の修理当番制度に理解を得て、こなす意欲のある方

⑤　臨床検査薬情報担当者（DMR）資格取得、もしくは取得を志している方（勤務数年後に取得必須）
