Danaher Corporation Application Development Engineer, Lateral Flow Assay in Tonglu, China
What you’ll do
To provide technical and applications-based support to the sales and marketing teams
To implement product performance test, experiments trouble shooting for customer, hands-on training for internal sales and product team.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to diagnostic products and provide solutions where available to support business objectives
Use customer feedback to identify new opportunities and unmet needs in relation to new product proposals, product modifications and application development
Develop and support custom opportunities and be a key point of contact with the customer on technical partnership opportunities
Great teammate with ability to share knowledge and best practice, activities, success stories across teams/regions
Based in Cytiva Lab Filtration Manufacturing Site in Tonglu, China
Who you are
Bachelors or Master’s degree in biology/biochemistry/Chemical analysis/Material Science or immunology or equivalent plus proven experience in immunodiagnostics assay fields
Strong technical background in immunodiagnostics/Chemiluminescence applications, special focus around lateral flow assay
Ability to build technical relationships, internal and external collaborations with industry leading scientists.
Experience listening to and discussing technical applications with customers to develop desirable outcomes
To work collaboratively across functions and geographies to drive execution
Practical experience in design/optimize lateral flow assay, immunodiagnostic development with understanding of key performance requirements
Experience working with customers to understand and translate requirements into an effective solution either directly in the laboratory or through R&D scientists
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
