Microsoft Dynamics AX Production Business Analyst with in depth knowledge of the Finance and their related modules in Dynamics AX 2012 / Dynamics AX 365 will be responsible for supporting, designing and implementing Dynamics AX within the organization.
*Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports, implements, and maintains discrete and process Finance related modules and customizations in AX. (AP, AR, GL, Cost accounting, and sales order) • Gathers requirements and prepares related documents like FDD and TDD’s. • Assists both Functional and Technical team with design and implementation of AX. • Performs Fit-Gap analysis. • Analyzes business processes and provide recommendations for improvement. • Performs system health checks using the UI. • Prepares test plans. • Manages AX Partner solutions and teams. • Maintains rapport with both internal and external users of the ERP system. • Provides AX user training. • Analyzes and makes recommendations for future AX application upgrades.
*Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Has Business process knowledge of Finance industry. • Degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent • Has 4 years of AX experience, preferably Dynamics AX2012 or Microsoft Dynamics AX. • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills • Excellent verbal, written, and diplomatic skills • Effectively influences and guides teams and users across various organizational structures using strong interpersonal skills • Expertise in AX Finance related modules is needed. • Experience in Finance operations is a Plus • Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects under time constraints • Up to 10% travel
