JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is a client-facing, consultative role, which influences decision makers across the organization on project execution as well as robust architecture, while maintaining a practical balance between desirability, feasibility and viability.The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully leading complex, large-scale transformations, specifically around process standardizations through ERP, and will be an expert in making prudent business decisions that directly affect the customer experience (CX).The focus of this role includes the successful delivery of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) migration, standardization / variation reduction of global processes, managing project budget / resource allocation and driving the single global instance strategy / architecture for Dynamics 365.RESPONSIBILITIES• Program Managemento Client facing D365FO project / program management to globally consolidate all the ERP instances into one single global D365 instance.o Break down the program into manageable projects and manage those individual projects directly or influence delivery through others.o Setting and managing client expectations regarding the program deliverables, including all the projects that make up the program and pursuing applicable follow-up opportunitieso Managing milestones towards on-time / on-budget completion, providing reports as necessary against baseline schedule, and conducting post-project lessons learned meetingso Managing and Reporting program / project progress. Key tasks include issue management, risk management, communications management, stakeholder management, scope management and time management.o Preparing for all project reviews (status reports, Steering Committee meetings) across different levels of the organization.o Continuing program support after Go Live including Help Desk and Change Requests• Stakeholder managemento Have executive presence and drive conversations forward, leaning on past experiences with global implementations of D365.o Coordinating and managing communications with various stakeholders across Phenomenex.• Coordinationo Providing feedback to technical team leads on the performance of project teams.o Collaborating with fellow PMs/EMs on project staffing and task allocationo Collaborating with Sales teams, including scoping and pricing new opportunities, proposal and contract development, client meetings and relationship developmentMSP managemento Structuring consulting engagements for new project implementations and global support models.o Tracking and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitoring deliverables and receivables for projectSolution Architectureo Drive enterprise integration strategies with other enterprise applications such as CRM, web, Data warehouse etc.o Drive a robust global ERP instance architecture that drives business growth as well as supportability of the solution. o Plan solution roadmaps and sequence projects in such a way that we are sustaining business growth.REQUIREMENTS• 12+ years project management experience rolling out global ERP solutions, with 5+ years in Dynamics AX and/or D365.• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and knowledge of Industrie4.0 concepts• Recent project management experience within the Microsoft stack (Exchange, O365, Access and Identity, Azure, SharePoint, etc.)• BA/BS degree or equivalent desired.• PMP certification desired.• Demonstrated familiarity and experience in using MS Project / Project Online• Ability to apply proven project management methodologies and practices, including IT Implementation (e. g. CMM and CMMI), IT Service delivery and Support (e. g. ITIL Foundation), or Project Management fundamentals (e. g. PMI or equivalent)• Strong customer service orientation.• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.• Attention to detail in both administrative and project/program activities.
