The Regional Marketing Associate is responsible for the deployment of marketing campaigns and programs to support key regional initiatives as outlined in the marketing calendar. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well independently and as part of a team, has great project management, communication, and copywriting/editing skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Support strategic initiatives through deployment of regional marketing plan which includes direct marketing programs, new product launches, lead generation/qualification programs, and multi-channel promotional campaigns. Thoroughly critique layout/design, messaging, accuracy, corporate style adherence, and legal clearance of localized marketing pieces. Localize general campaign pieces to personalize customer experience in local region. Work closely with translation companies, freebie item vendors, mailing houses, and print houses. Track all marketing project spend and report on the return on investment (ROI) of every project completed. Effectively communicate with sales teams, and other departments about upcoming marketing actions. Perform various other marketing functions, such as: general project management, replying to customer service related inquires, and creating/tracking projects on project management system.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Life/Physical Sciences required.
1+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Project Management preferred.
Ability to proofread and write clear, compelling, informative, marketing-oriented and/or explanatory copy for a variety of mediums.
PC proficiency in Windows environment to include MS Office suite.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools (i.e. Eloqua, Marketo, or similar) a plus.
Ability to write professionally and speak fluent English is required. Fluency in another language within the Americas region (i.e. Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish) is preferred.
