We are looking for Process Specialist to strengthen our production organization.
As a process specialist, you are responsible of Immunoassay manufacturing process. You will be participating in production support, problem-solving, corrective and preventive actions and process improvement implementations. You effectively and logically document your work mainly in English according to our QMS.
We are offering an exciting working environment in fast growing company. In this role you have an opportunity to work interfacing with Production, Quality, Process Development, NPI and Technical Services in relation to production processes of AQT90 Flex test kits.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
To ensure quality and productivity of processes assigned
To ensure the compliance of the own responsibility areas (WIs, standards, EHS, etc.)
Risk assessment of the own responsibility areas (OOS, NC, validations, etc.)
Change management of own responsibility areas
The right candidate is motivated and self-directed and has a systematic approach. To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:
Minimum B. Sc /equal in organic chemistry, biochemistry, engineering or equal
Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish.
Influencing and communication skills
Problem solving skills
In addition, knowledge of process technology and production processes are preferred. The knowledge of data-analysis or statistical process controls are also preferred. The understanding of IT requirements and readiness to learn new IT systems are advantage. We appreciate you to have experience of leading projects and working in regulated environment (QSR 820, ISO13485).

The position is temporary until 31.01.2023. Our production is running five to seven (5-7) days a week.
