We are looking for a Commercial excellence integration process leader, this is a role in our Commercial Excellence team, supporting digital integration portfolio, project management and processes in support of our overall Customer Relationship Management (CRM) objectives. What you’ll do

  • Support the Commercial Excellence Integration leader to drive digital enablement and sales operations process, data and tool related integration projects with a main focus on SFDC and supporting commercial tools.

  • Coordinate activities to successfully drive CRM related integrations for Cytiva, to ensure effective integration project and portfolio management.

  • Work with integration team to ensure all related digital commercial integration activities are identified, aligned with standard work processes and delivered according to integration schedule and governance process.

  • Be the liaison across integration streams.

  • Evaluate digital integration processes and recommend simplification, standardization and improvement approaches that will increase operational efficiency within sales operations and digital enablement integration projects. Develop metrics/KPIs.

  • Act as a change leader, proactively collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

  • Drive technical requirements from design to delivery in collaboration with Cytiva process leaders and IT.

  • Elaborate and coordinate the CRM / Commercial tools training plans to manage expectations from the commercial organization.

  • Collaborate with business, developers and subject matter experts to establish the integration technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

  • Coordinator of our Milestone/Tollgate based methodology and manage the key elements of project management which include: Project scope definition, Resource planning, Cost & Risk Management, Project schedule, Communication & Change Management.

  • Work leveraging DBS methods & mindset. Maintain the integration playbook.

Who you are

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computers, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field.

  • 5+ years experience in CRM quotation tools and processes. Exposure to acquisitions integrations preferred. Project management exposure preferred.

  • Advanced analytical & data skills. Excel expert.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of functional and business leaders

  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in communication style, familiarity with diverse cultural approaches. Strong intercultural awareness. Proven ability to work globally

  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong matrix & teamworking skills in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment

  • Continuous innovation, process improvement, and adaptability skills

  • Proven change management skills and demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives

  • You are a natural and self-motivated troubleshooter with creative problem-solving mindset.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

  • Is pragmatic, able to identify unique critical requirements of the acquired organization and translate into a strong business case to drive decision making.

  • Can establish effective working relationships across breadth of Cytiva organization as well as acquired leadership team.

  • Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, power point, SFDC and business intelligence applications.
