We are looking for a new colleague to one of our QA teams at Cytiva in Uppsala. The team consists of around 9 persons and is responsible for internal audits, customer audits, deviations, complaints, CAPA management, documentation management and training in our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be working closely with experienced colleagues where team spirit, flexibility and support are important factors.

We are looking for a person who has a strategic mind set, is analytical and structured and with good communication and collaborative skills.

What you'll do

As QA specialist- Training Lead, you will be focusing on the site training system and documentation . You will work closely with our HR, site managers and other sites training specialists to create and maintain training roles.

You will be a part of Cytivas journey to develop the Cytiva Learning System and take it to the next level.

Responsibilities in the role will be:

  • Reporting the training process efficiency and work on continuous improvements

  • Training others

  • Maintaining documents up to date, supporting managers when developing new documents or new revisions and define what form of training should be done when issuing new documents or new revision of documents

  • Hold and participate in both local and global forums to follow up training delivery

  • Support stakeholders with knowledge and guidance in the Cytiva Learning System and Cytiva’s document management system

  • The Training Lead is a part of the QMS Support team and part of the role will be to support other QA areas such as complaints, audits, deviations and investigations

    Who you are

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree from university

  • Experience from the life science industry or regulatory industry is meritorious

  • Can communicate effectively (both written and oral) in Swedish and English

  • Experienced Office package user and user of computerized systems

  • Previous experience of work with documentation

  • Quality focused, attentive to detail and structured

  • A supportive team player as well as having the ability to work independently

  • Ability to influence positive change, energize and motivate others by building a connection through personal involvement
