What you’ll do
Enhance the procurement-to-pay process using Danaher Business System tools.
Manage service provider statement of work (SOW) process.
Guide internal clients and suppliers through the source-to-pay (S2P) process.
Support business integrations, including ERP testing and supplier data migration.
Communicate outstanding and overdue orders to requesters and suppliers.
Support warehouse pass-through product purchases.
Conduct S2P training and Q&A sessions.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in source to pay field (Purchasing, AP, Operations, Finance).
Experience with supplier information management systems, accounts payables, Oracle, SAP or similar source to pay support platforms is desired.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, both short and long term.
Drive for results utilizing project management, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment, reporting to a manager in US.
Fluent in Swedish and English, for both written and verbal communication
