JOB SUMMARY:The Data Miner is responsible for upholding the integrity and accuracy of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System). They will work closely with Marketing in the lead handling process and provide analytics and reporting to the management team as needed. They will utilize various sources (i.e. internet, printed, electronic, etc.) to identify new leads, add to the database and assign tasks to Sales Representatives for follow-up. And, any additional projects at the discretion of management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1. Research various online sources to continuously add doctors and dental labs specific to assigned geography that are not currently in the company’s existing CRM. 2. Validate and update data against information in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System), and Web-store prior to entering the data into the CRM with efficiency and accuracy. 3. Prioritize daily work to provide viable leads to respective Sales Representatives with specific instructions based on current campaigns and projects including Trade Show, PPC, Landing Pages, etc. 5. Maintain inventory of product literature, as required. 6. Fulfill and process product literature orders, as required. 7. Work on Marketing, IT, Education and Customer Service Projects as requested by the Director of Inside Sales and Customer Service.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Associate’s Degree in Business or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).2-3 years of Data Entry / Data Analytics experience in a B2B environment. Experience creating, updating records in Salesforce.com or similar CRM system. Prior experience and/or knowledge of dentistry and dental implant industry a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as operating procedures, general instructions, employee handbook, company policies and departmental procedures, etc. REASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: 1. Type at least 45 words per minute with accuracy above 85%. 2. Ability to sit for long periods of time. 3. Ability to quickly and accurately extract distinct data from the web. 4. Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence in MS Office 365 and CRM. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Must possess critical thinking skills with a high standard for attention to detail, listening, and follow-through. 7. Ability to think creatively about problem solving issues.
